Our sweet Chamomile organic herbal tea encourages relaxation and relieves sore throats. Chamomile is also sometimes referred to as a sleeping tea, with its soothing properties being known to help you drift off to sleep.
Ingredients: Organic Chamomile.
Brewing
70ºC | 3–4 min
Use one heaped teaspoon of Chamomile flowers per cup of water and brew in your favourite teapot, tea bottle or infuser. Add more hot water to infusers as desired.
Do not use boiling water. A water temperature of 70ºC is recommended to ensure that beneficial volatile oils in the herbs do not evaporate.
